@TLRailUK please can you let me know when will the sign up for key go be working? It's been down for weeks and the slow customer service response a few weeks ago said to try again in a few weeks. With C19 rates going up, you should be facilitating touchless travel!

@TLRailUK The option to sign up is there, but the message "an unknown error occurred when trying to complete your request. Please try again and if you still see this message - contact us" (on Android and Windows). Emailed CS 29 Sep, replied 9 Oct saying try again in a couple of weeks.

@DecathlonUK So first the delivery free threshold is increased. Then scrapped altogether. Annoying. Click and Collect now NOT available as of today. Infuriating! So I select the delivery option, but getting error on payment (using a GC and the rest by card). Aaaarrrggghhh

@DecathlonUK At least that does help with understanding that. Seeing as C&C isn't possible will you be reintroducing free delivery over a threshold? Also, is there a reason for the payment issues I am experiencing?
