Dearest @AAA_Travel I’m about to blow a gasket. I want to cancel a freakin’ hotel reservation. But there is ZERO easy way to do it!!! Went to website. Nope. Used the app. Nope. Called. Your agent couldn’t figure it out so she transferred me to another number. From that transfer, I hit 2 and NOTHING happened except for the recorded voice repeating itself until it just hung up on me. This is absurd & starting to piss me off. So how can this ⬇️ be canceled??
