Discovered last night that when @AAA_Travel Utah switches you to an "Agent" they mean an AI. Found it frustrating. @Expedia funnels customer service to an AI Chat bot that has not been able to fix the problem for me yet. Instead connecting to a live agent. Worst Time Line Ever

@AAAnews so I renewed my membership couple weeks ago like I do every year today I called in for battery service I was denied service. I was told I just have to keep checking in. This is not what I pay for time to look for alternatives.

This is the kind of company @AAA_Travel is. They have one of their agents contact us about my father's pension. They reach out to me, my aunt, and my grandmother, making us relive my father's painful death from pancreatic cancer. I had to remove him from life support. Then they have me send his death certificate... To only tell me that they, a multi million dollar corporation... are going to keep the pension, because he was no longer married to his mother. My father would have wanted it to go to his children and grandchildren. Not the greedy multi million dollar corporation. This is whats wrong with corporations and what's wrong with America. I thought @AAACares? I guess not

Hey @AAA_Travel I am a AAA member but if I try to book a rental car your app likes to tell me I’m not a member but it says it on the app and on my membership. If your app doesn’t recognize members maybe answer a phone call or fix your app!
