I have written to @LtGovDelhi saab seeking Urgent Appointment regarding the harrowing Janakpuri School Rape Case of 3 yr girl and sought action against DCP Darde & others for the systematic harassment of the victim’s family by Delhi Police officers. I have also humbly reminded him of his constitutional duty - “As the constitutional head of the Delhi Police, this force operates under your direct command. You cannot enjoy the luxury of remaining a silent spectator while your officers protect the accused and terrorise the victims. It is your constitutional duty to ensure a fair enquiry. You are duty-bound to act when the police, who are supposed to catch predators, instead choose to break the spirit of a grieving family.”

तीन साल की बलात्कार पीड़ित बच्ची की माँ ने कहा - “स्कूल का पॉलीटिकल कनेक्शन है” क्यों DCP माँ बाप को धमका रहा है ? क्यों पुलिस पूरा दिन परिवार को बिठाती है ? पता चला है पिछले महीने इस “SS मोटा सिंह स्कूल” में एक भव्य कार्यक्रम हुआ, वहाँ शिक्षा मंत्री @ashishsood_bjp और CM @gupta_rekha मौजूद रहे । तीन साल की बच्ची ने बताया- क्लास टीचर स्कूल की बेसमेंट में ले गई, वहाँ कमरे में बिस्तर लगा था, हल्की रौशनी थी, टीचर के सामने बच्ची से बलात्कार हुआ । मगर क्लास टीचर और स्कूल पर कोई कार्यवाही नहीं और आरोपी को POCSO कोर्ट ने 5 दिन में बेल दे दी।
