I've been living through climate change for 60 years. This is why I know it is a money-grabbing HOAX.

If this changed how you think about dementia, I share what I've learned from a decade of doing this regularly. My goal is to help families understand their options beyond medication and managed decline, without the medical jargon or false promises.

8) My new goal is so you can never come to my home I'm designing diet and lifestyle protocols to get them healthy enough to move back home. I want your loved one at home, eating well, getting stronger, and staying where they belong for as long as possible.

7) Using a holistic approach to help them get better • Sauna • Sunlight • Quality sleep • Daily exercise • A community of people focused on getting better • A ketogenic or carnivore diet that gives the brain an alternative fuel source To name a few.

6) They don't know resident's brains are losing their "energy source" Alzheimer's is increasingly called Type 3 Diabetes because insulin resistance cuts off glucose from reaching brain cells. It builds gradually for 5-10 years before the first symptom ever shows up.

5) Medications don't address their real issues They act as a "patch in the hole" for a leaky roof but you still have several holes to patch. That's why most families see no meaningful improvement after months or years on them.

4) Residents are overmedicated The average person who comes to us is on 20 to 30 medications. Our record was 54. Facilities don't question this and continue keeping their residents on pills.

3) Residents don't exercise Most facilities bring in musicians, play bingo or cards while residents stay in their chairs. Without regular movement, the body loses muscle, insulin resistance gets worse, and the brain keeps losing access to the fuel it needs to function.

2) Their "comfort food" is killing them Cereal for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch, processed everything for dinner. The same diet that contributed to the cognitive decline in the first place is being served to residents three times a day and nobody questions it.

The entire model is designed around keeping residents comfortable even though they get worse. They believe there's nothing they can do about it because they're "too old" or "too fragile". In 10 years, I've only seen a few facilities built around reversing it.

Legalman politics is theater. Stop pretending voting for the right character can change the show into something else.
