@EphrataBorough the house at 723 Lincoln Ave has been unoccupied for well over a year. We have an infestation of bugs getting worse in warm weather, musty and moldy smells coming from our basement as theirs flooded and nothing was done, and now we have mice. What can we do?

@hopper we were overcharged for a flight freeze and not refunded the full amount. Now we are not able to get ahold of anyone from Hopper to resolve the issue.
