@hopper you are full of it!!! I contacted customer relations and they did absolutely nothing! They even went to the extent of trying to blame it on @TurkishAirlines specifically told me they do not have premium economy seats. I have been a loyal customer of Hopper for about 15 years and this is the thanks that I get.

@hopper is an awful third party booking company. we could not get in contact with our booking host so we have no idea how to get into the flat. so we’re just kind of stranded in London while their support staff has been zero help and is only making this worse

@hopper so you’re in the business of selling Enhanced and Premium seats…. when they actually don’t exist on certain airlines????… I was charged over $1400 for a premium seat on Turkish Airlines but yet I was given an economy seat. How did this happen on a 22 hour flight?

@hopper flight insurance for the win! I had a flight disrupted by about 3 hours and because I opted for the insurance I was able to get a full refund on both my departing and returning flights! I didnt have to do anything and money was returned withing hours!

Its quite well knows that this platform has many shortcomings! One needs to do a bit of Maths to see whether booking platform makes sense or not. It is not - in its current form - the default platform to book any flights or hotels. You always need to compare with the other available options.

I'm genuinely pissed with @HSBC_IN and its partnership with @hopper A return ticket from Kolkata to Bali on @SingaporeAir is available for ₹29k on Skyscanner and the airline website (Economy Lite, non-refundable). On Hopper? That fare doesn't even exist. The cheapest option shown is ₹51k for Economy Value. To make matters worse: ❌ No Multi-City booking option ❌ Missing airline fare buckets ❌ Limited inventory compared to OTAs and airline websites Because of this, trips like Bali or an open-jaw Europe itinerary end up costing me far more than expected. What's the point of offering 6x or 12x rewards if customers don't have access to competitive flight options in the first place? @HSBC_IN seriously needs to reconsider @hopper and find a better travel partner. Customer experience has been an afterthought so far. If this continues, I may simply close my TravelOne card and move to Times Black, where at least I can buy vouchers and retain flexibility. PS: HSBC customer service on this issue has been virtually non-existent. It has been 2 months since they could actuslly solve an issue. @iSatishAgarwal @CardMavenIn @jassneetsingha @ankitdewan
