Love this. The owners of @Cougarmania have been supportive of 🇺🇦 rugby league which has lost players to the war. Since they saw @adamhills and me discussing it on TV, they have provided kit for all national sides, driven it to Kyiv themselves and now at the second time of trying brought over youth players - boys and girls - to train, play a competitive match, go to professional games (they were at Keighley yesterday and Castleford today) and generally have a good time. @MrRypod and @itskauegarcia are genuinely good people and it is fantastic to see these kids enjoying this great sport in Northern England, and feeling the support this country overwhelmingly has for their country in its fight for survival against Russia.
