One act which always gives me good results and a great start is checking my Swar in the morning. When I wake up , I mindfully check which nostril is dominant and then keep that hand on the ground first and then that foot. If the left nostril is active - Keep the left hand on the ground and left foot, then the right one. Try this. You will feel aligned.
