So I went to church today to help with cleaning the church and the environment.
Normally, even if I’m tired, I just support by buying water and snacks for those doing the work. But today, I said let me join fully.
We finished everything, I was about to leave, then one brother stopped me.
“Sister, God bless you.”
I said Bless you.
Then he added…
“I know you’re looking for husband, God will send you your husband, your efforts will not be in vain.” 😭😂
Omo… I just said amen, entered my car and started laughing 🤣
So people actually think doing God’s work is mainly for finding husband? 😂
God abeg, I came to clean, not to submit application 😭

Give me 2 minutes, and I'll give you a 365-day game plan to dominate 2026
1. January-March (Q1) - The Foundation
This is where most people mess up.
They go hard for 2 weeks, burn out, and quit.
Instead:
Pick ONE big goal (not 10)
• Build ONE new habit (make it stupid simple)
Track it daily (no excuses)
Q1 isn't about changing everything.
It's about proving to yourself you can stick to something
2. Your Non-Negotiables
These are the things you do no matter what:
Morning:
7+ hours sleep (not negotiable)
Move your body (walk, gym, anything)
Eat like you give a shit about yourself
Throughout the day:
Phone on silent during deep work
One hour of learning (books, podcasts, courses)
Night:
Journal 5 minutes (what worked, what didn't) tomorrow
Plan tomorrow before bed
3. April-June (Q2) - The Momentum
You've got 90 days of proof now.
This is where you level up:
Add one more habit to the stack
Double down on what's working
Cut out what's draining you (yes, even people)
Q2 is about refinement, not reinvention.
4. The Weekly System
Structure creates freedom.
Monday: Plan the week, set 3 priorities
Tuesday-Thursday: Execute those 3 things
Friday: Review what you accomplished, what you didn't, and why
Saturday: Rest or passion project
Sunday: Prep for the week (meal prep, schedule, mindset)
Most people fail because they have no system. You're not most people anymore.
4. July-September (Q3) - The Grind
This is the hardest quarter.
Summer. Distractions. Everyone's slowing down.
You don't.
• Wake up earlier than you want to
Work when others are partying
Stay locked in when it gets boring
This is where champions are made.
Not in January. In July.
5. What to Track (Actually)
Don't track everything. Track what matters:
Days you hit your main habit
Hours of deep work per week
How you feel (energy levels, mood)
Money in vs money out
Wins (even tiny ones)
Review weekly. Adjust monthly.
Data doesn't lie. Your feelings do.
6. October-December (Q4) - The Finish
Everyone gets tired in Q4.
Holidays. End of year burnout. "I'll start fresh in January."
Not you.
This is your victory lap:
Finish what you started
Reflect on how far you've come
Plan 2027 while others are still recovering from 2025
Q4 Seperates the dreamers from the doers.
The Real Secret
Nobody dominates 365 days straight.
You'll have bad days. You'll fall off. You'll want to quit.
The difference?
You get back on track the same day.
Not tomorrow. Not Monday. Today.
That's the game plan.

@Poeticmedic1 I'm actually a content creator, when I got to 200L, I needed to set it aside, 200L is like first introduction to medical school, it was a different ball game, now I'm experienced, and I can juggle the two together
English

I'll argue this anywhere, 200 level is the most difficult class in medical school. Yes pharmacology and others are hard, but you have experience. 200 level student still de think "my school principal said I was a genius"
