Every Albertan needs to listen to Premier Smith does NOT say.
She is NOT taking action to let us have an independence vote this year.
She is NOT promising to end all federal taxes and regulation.
She will NOT let us negotiate with Canada AFTER an independence vote THIS YEAR.
She is NOT promising to end ALL transfer payments out of Alberta.
She IS promising to delay a vote on independence until 2026 when the question of independence can be muddied with a bunch of half options that will ensure that the question won’t pass the Clarity Act test.
Premier Smith - with respect, you need to let the people of Alberta decide without all of your Team Canada political interference.
Premier Smith please decide whether you are on Team Canada or Team Alberta. You can’t be both.
