@SoranaUrsu @ASTCT These are the same issues we have to consider when discussing anything outpatient, plus the fact that our outpatient center is not open weekends and many patients live hours away in rural community setting

@ASTCT Our patients are admitted for conditioning chemotherapy and PTCY days +3 and +4 through count recovery. Some issues for outpatient implementation include patients coming in for daily outpatient follow up visits, lack of caregiver support, and transportation issues.

@jenetoclax @ASTCT Very similar at our institution, although we’re only now discussing the literature for lower doses for older patients or those with comorbidities

@ASTCT PTCy is our newer standard for MUDs and certain MRDs, and has traditionally been the treatment of choice for MMUD and haplo. We consider a dose of 40 mg/kg (instead of 50 mg/kg) in older patients, and gives doses on Day +3 and +4.
