@MikeMeehallWood @Hoidy @67_heaven @jucojames My take on it is that Covid has facilitated a perfect storm of everything that could go wrong, going wrong. I worry that the players are struggling because with Lennon’s laissez faire approach to structure and tactics there’s little for them to fall back on now we’re struggling.

@Hoidy @MikeMeehallWood @67_heaven @jucojames You’re right, had Ajeti taken that chance we’d still be in the cup. My concern is that the margins shouldn’t be that fine, especially domestically. If our success most weeks is determined by 1 or 2 chances and whether we take them then we aren’t creating enough.

@ABOYLE99 @MikeMeehallWood @67_heaven @jucojames Against Ross County in the cup we carve a chance for Ajeti and he misses. Against St Johnstone I think it was Edouard has a few good chances. Against Prague Eddy misses a sitter at 2-1. All our worst results are littered with poor finishing at big moments this season.

@MikeMeehallWood @Hoidy @67_heaven @jucojames We don’t carve teams open and create from open play. Far too reliant on moments of individual brilliance and goals from set pieces. Our impotence in attack heaps pressure on an already unorganised defence - scared to make mistakes as they won’t be bailed out by our strikers.

@MikeMeehallWood @Hoidy @67_heaven @jucojames If it was a one off then eddy failing to take those chances, and the game turning could be put down to ‘just bad luck.’ But we’ve not been creating enough all season and our midfield seems incapable of controlling games for any length of time.
