Hey #MedTwitter. I am looking for your advice, wisdom, and suggestions. Let's say a schmuck named Alec wanted to teach you clinical/diagnostic reasoning for 2 weeks during your third year clinical rotations as a medical student. What would/wouldn't you want included?

If you love learning through cases in a safe and approachable manner AND having comprehensive but digestible schemas at your fingertips, this is the resource for you. Let’s not forget the added bonus of it being lead by two world renowned diagnosticians! Worth. Every. Penny.

Critical pts for understanding (and for coding): Type 1 MI = due to plaque; can be STEMI or NSTEMI Type 2 MI = MI due to supply/demand mismatch NSTEMI does NOT equal Type 2 MI. If trop elevation is not from MI --> non-ischemic myocardial injury cc: @Umair2017 @Dr_Oubre

If you haven't already, do yourself a favor and listen to @COREIMpodcast's hyponatremia episodes. They are clinically relevant, full of pearls, and just overall AMAZING. Can't recommend them enough and can't wait for the next ones! @BCM_InternalMed

As a hospitalist, I see mild or moderate asymptomatic hyperK a lot and dislike kayexalate given its limited evidence/efficacy/side effects. Very intrigued by tinyurl.com/5cyb99xp and prior studies and hope its time to move on from SPS.
