To all the folks jumping to “but you lost to Florida”: If Texas had scheduled & beat up on Rice in Wk1 instead of playing AT OHIO STATE, they’d be in the playoff right now WITH that loss to Florida. They have 3 Top 10 wins, better than many teams up top have on their resume. Texas should be considered. Or we will lose all tough non-con Week 1 matchups. Why even schedule them.
