This week, our Clinical Research Training in Hematology (CRTH) program kicked off its first workshop of 2026 in Madrid, bringing together 20 early-career hematologists who are ready to challenge assumptions, refine their research questions, and build the foundations of impactful clinical trials. From project presentations to discussions on research design, ethics, patient involvement, and clinician–statistician collaboration, these sessions have reinforced how much we gain when we learn, question, and support each other. When we approach challenges together, we accelerate progress for patients everywhere - a testament to what coordinated, thoughtful training can achieve through shared purpose.
