@DylanAnder Agree! But how do you asses the power and relevancy of the test then?

CRO HACK #258 The higher the AOV, the lower the conversion rate. Stop asking "is my conversion rate good" and take a look at both. There's really nothing your conversion rate tells you that is actionable.

@DylanAnder But do you have many numbers like for CR? When assessing a lower CR and higher VPS my power is down a lot.

@ABillaut Revenue per session is #1 metric on price testing. All I look at, but then chart out your COGS ratio to make sure your margin is better with a slight drop in CVR but higher AOV from higher price (if it is higher)

CRO HACK #252 PRICE TEST!!!! Easy wins, zero development work. I go with 10%, 15%, and 20% price increases to see how they do. Especially bundles, because the perceived value is much different. I love price testing on landers.

@AndrewLolk @Splittestingcom People in the US are really used seeing a price excl. sales tax. Very complicated to do what you suggest in websites and I believe it would create more confusion than anything. Have in mind that most of retail stores (physical) don’t even include the sales tax.

@Splittestingcom Ever tried showing prices incl. Sales tax before checkout? Say you add 10% in sales tax upfront (without showing it), and when inputting your zip code in checkout the price drops due lower sales tax in their state. I wonder what this does to CVR vs the opposite that's happening

@DennisMoons Thanks! Super interesting! AI are getting exponentially better days after days. I believe we’re at the verge of the rise of Skynet. I’m already doing 75% of my copy tasks through AI (Jasper) and I think that next quarter it will be 95%. But this is only the tip of the iceberg.

@ABillaut Tried both. With the first method, I still had to do the work to interpret which answer it meant. The second variation made it more straightforward.
