Today, our @DoW_USW_PR team is spotlighting Lucas Warzyniak, another warrior who was involuntarily separated in September 2022 after refusing to take the COVID-19 vaccine. Following the release of EO 14184, First Lieutenant Warzyniak worked with the @USArmy COVID-19 Reinstatement Team to pursue reinstatement and return to service. With support from the reinstatement team, and under the leadership of @SecWar & @SecArmy, he was reinstated and promoted to the rank of Captain with an effective date of rank of May 2023. Fellow truth-seekers, I’ve been documenting this for years, and the evidence is now OVERWHELMING. They call ‘em “contrails”? Nah — these are CHEMTRAILS: deliberate aerosol sprays of toxic heavy metals to control the weather, dim the sun, and mess with our bodies and minds. Don’t believe the corporate media lies. Here’s the PROOF straight from their own documents, lab tests, and sky patterns that NO ONE can debunk:
1. The Patent That Spells It Out — US Patent 5003186 (1991):
This Hughes Aircraft (now Boeing/Raytheon) patent is for “Stratospheric Welsbach Seeding for Reduction of Global Warming.” It literally describes spraying aluminum oxide particles into the upper atmosphere to reflect sunlight and cool the planet. Exactly what we see every damn day! They admit it’s cheap and effective… but claim it’s “hypothetical.” Bull. We’ve been living the experiment since the ‘90s. Search it yourself, it’s public record.
2. Lab-Tested Poison Rain

Independent tests (state-certified labs) on rainwater from California and worldwide show ALUMINUM levels at 61,000 ppb, that’s 1,220 TIMES the EPA safe limit of 50 ppb! Barium, strontium, and other metals from the exact same patents are spiking too. Snow, soil, and air samples match. In 2019, they even did aerial sampling missions with a NOAA-certified flying lab and pulled the same nano-particulates DIRECTLY from the trails. Not jet exhaust. Not normal. 3. The Military Blueprint — 1996 USAF Report “Weather as a Force Multiplier:
Owning the Weather in 2025”:
Declassified Air Force paper flat-out says by 2025, aerospace forces will “own the weather” using aerosol sprays for military dominance. Cloud seeding, weather warfare, full-spectrum control. They called it “fictional” back then… but here we are in 2026 with grid-pattern skies blocking the sun on clear days. Coincidence? Or mission accomplished? The report even talks about “aerospace delivery” of these agents. Open your eyes.
4. 2025-2026 “Admissions” They Can’t Hide Anymore:
RFK Jr. (now HHS Secretary) is calling it out, memos and town halls linking DARPA to spraying heavy metals like aluminum, barium, and strontium under “solar radiation management” (SAI). Bills are flying: H.R.4403 Clear Skies Act, Wyoming’s geoengineering ban, Florida’s push, all targeting exactly what we’ve been screaming about. Why ban something that “doesn’t exist”? Because the chemtrails are real, and the cover is cracking. Even Flightradar24 shows the non-commercial patterns on heavy spray days, loops, grids, and off-route tankers that normal passenger jets don’t match.
5. Real-World Proof in the Sky:
Next clear day, film it. Normal contrails? Gone in minutes. Chemtrails? Persist for HOURS, spread into milky haze, block solar power (my off-grid buddies confirm it kills their panels). I’ve tracked it on Flightradar24, X-patterns over major cities that no flight schedule explains. Health spikes follow: respiratory illness, “Alzheimer’s clusters” (aluminum in the brain, anyone?), Morgellons fibers in tests. Coincidence my ass.
