Fun Adjunct Facts: At one of the universities where I teach, my three-hour class is half screening, half discussion. Since my students are now watching the films asynchronously, the school has said they will only pay me for the time I’m lecturing, thereby cutting my pay in half.

All FT profs w/ one job are seeing a massive increase in emails due to Covid.
Now imagine how many I'm receiving, from THREE schools, where I work the total of TWO FULL LOADS.
That's emails from THREE administrations and at least twice your number of students.
I'm drowning.

If your school has added a year to tenure clocks for pre-tenure TT faculty, then yes please share data across institutions (see this tweet), and then demand that they add a yr to all contingent faculty contracts as well
