A bit of movement on the waiting list going on as we approach the coach camp and some people have to cancel. So you might want to keep an eye out #accde23

The latest days 7 lucky people got mail that they got a place at #accde23 :) We still have 25 who have not confirmed that they are coming, so we are contacting them again. If you didn't receive a mail, you're on the waitinglist and will get mail later. If in doubt contact us :)

Reminder mails have been sent out - and I am sorry for those who had already confirmed... We have also sent mail to everyone on the waiting list, so if you signed up for the #ACCDE23 lottery and didn't get a mail, you might want to check the spamfolder

@ACC_Germany Oops… I just realised that I sent my confirmation to the sender of the confirmation (orga2022@…) instead of the one mentioned in the mail body (orga2023@…) 😳 I hope it reached you nonetheless… Sorry the hickup…

@ACC_Germany Your FAQ gives the times for the pre-event but not the date. It is Wednesday, I assume? And the actual event starts Thu morning? I'm trying to time my arrival

@SNeunes Yes you are. We are waiting a bit to know if people can attend or not, and then we will send out a mail to the ones on the waiting list with their numbers as well.

We hope you enjoyed Easter :) We have sent out mails to people who got into #accde23 in the first round and waiting for confirmation from 34 more. We are expecting more as people get through their post-holiday mailboxes - and you may want to check spam folder as well :)

Our very own AgileUniCornJediGlitterFairy has sorted via a randomizer and is now puzzling people into rooms for #accde23 :) It is an NP complet problem - and there is a bit of guessing as she does not always know who "my wife" or "someone I know" are when it comes to sharing :)
