Again evident in the September data is the massive outperformance of the mainland capitals outside Sydney and Melbourne. Prices up between 80-90% since 2019 in Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide with not a single policymaker questioning whether this a good outcome for society. Indeed policy is targeted on making these prices go even higher.

So in positive news I've heard from the share kitchen and they asked me whether I'd like to do an inspection or just start the paperwork - I'm inspecting on Wednesday. Progress will then be reliant on an unexpected Plot Twist I can't discuss yet on Thursday.
