We closed FY26 with strong momentum, delivering robust growth across revenue, profitability, generation, and portfolio expansion.   The year marked a significant milestone in our journey to build one of India’s leading integrated renewable energy platforms, driven by operational excellence, disciplined capacity addition, and accelerated deployment of energy storage infrastructure.   We have commissioned one of India’s largest BESS capacities, with ~2.3 GWh operational to date, generating net realisations of ~₹2.2 Cr per day.   By the end of FY26, the under construction PPA signed capacity stood at 3,280 MW and 550 MWh of standalone BESS. With total portfolio of 8071 MW, we continue to strengthen long-term offtake visibility and execution momentum.   As we scale our portfolio and capabilities, we remain committed to powering India’s clean energy transition with reliable, sustainable, and future-ready energy solutions.   #ACMESolar #FY26Results #FinancialResults #RenewableEnergy #EnergyStorage #BESS

On World Solar Day, one fact stands out, Solar power is now the cheapest source of electricity in history. This is a significant shift and does not happen overnight. It is the result of decades of innovation and a collective belief that energy could be done differently. The world is adapting, and the pace is accelerating. Markets are moving and communities are choosing solar. At ACME, we have been building towards this moment and contributing to the shift. We are proud of how far we have come, and we remain focused on constantly evolving and growing. #solarenergy #solarpower #renewableenergy #CleanEnergy #sustainability #ClimateAction

A New Benchmark in Indian Energy Storage! We have cumulatively operationalized more than 2 GWh BESS capacity in Rajasthan, becoming one of the first Indian renewable energy companies to achieve this scale of energy storage deployment. Our total operational BESS capacity now stands at 591.18 MW / 2031.24 MWh across various subsidiaries in Rajasthan, with a target to operationalise 10 GWh of BESS by 2027. These BESS projects enhance grid reliability and optimise power utilisation by charging during non-peak demand periods and discharging during peak demand periods, supporting better supply-demand balance and improving overall grid stability. A significant step forward in building a more reliable and sustainable energy future for India. #ACMESolar #BatteryEnergyStorage #RenewableEnergy #GridStability #EnergyTransition

Empowering the clean energy future with advanced energy storage systems. Through our various subsidiaries, we have commissioned 142.67 MW/481.49 MWh of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) in phase-1 out of our total planned BESS capacity of 585 MW/2011.24 MWh under these SPVs. Located in Rajasthan, these BESS are connected with the existing operational Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS) and will run on merchant basis on short term basis, generating additional revenue through price differential between peak and non-peak demand hours. These are designed to enhance grid reliability and optimise power utilisation by charging batteries during non-peak demand periods and discharging during peak demand periods, helping balance energy supply and demand while improving overall grid stability. #RenewableEnergy #CleanEnergy #EnergyStorage #EnergyTransition #Sustainability

Powering India’s clean energy future. ACME Solar Holdings has signed Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with SJVN for 450 MW / 1,800 MWh of ISTS-connected assured peak power capacity. With a 25-year project tenure, these projects will leverage our night-time connectivity in high-irradiation zones of Rajasthan to deliver 4 hours of assured peak power during non-solar hours with 90% availability, helping strengthen grid stability and accelerate India’s energy transition. This achievement marks another strong step in our growth journey. With 1,690 MW of PPAs signed in the current financial year, our total PPA portfolio now stands at 6,270 MW. #RenewableEnergy #CleanEnergy #EnergyTransition #SolarPower #Sustainability #GreenEnergy #PoweringIndia #Infrastructure #ClimateAction

ACME Solar’s CEO, Mr. Nikhil Dhingra, was invited to Business Standard Manthan to share insights on how renewable energy is set to power India’s rising data centre demand—as the country moves decisively towards AI adoption and hyperscale infrastructure. During the discussion, Mr. Nikhil emphasised that Renewable Energy now competes head-to-head—and often outperforms—conventional power sources on both reliability and cost. Renewable tariffs are lower than those offered by state electricity boards, driving many high-demand users such as data centre operators to secure direct partnerships with renewable developers. The renewable energy ecosystem is more than capable of meeting the estimated 8 GW of round-the-clock demand expected from sectors such as data centres and large infrastructure operators. Current examples, such as Indian Railways procuring uninterrupted renewable power, demonstrate that such supply models can be efficiently achieved through a mix of solar-heavy generation, battery storage, and wind power—delivered at competitive tariffs significantly below those of thermal power. Renewable Energy also offers the advantage of speed and sustainability, with projects that can be deployed faster and with far lower environmental impact. The next step, however, lies in establishing a dedicated data centre–specific policy framework to unlock further growth in this space.   @bsindia @PMOIndia @YottaInfra @sunil1701 #EnergyTransition #SolarEnergy #ArtificialIntelligence #Sustainability #BSManthan

ICRA has assigned 'AA-/Stable' credit rating to ACME Sikar Solar Pvt Ltd (ASSPL) INR 1,209 crore long term debt. The upgrade is expected to lower financing costs by ~25 bps, over and above the 170 bps reduction already achieved through recent refinancing with Yes Bank Limited. The ICRA Rating factors in ACME Sikar’s 25-year power purchase agreement (PPA) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI) , thus eliminating the demand and pricing risks. #ACMESolar #ICRARatings #SustainableEnergy #GreenGrowth #PoweringTomorrow #CleanEnergy
