Implementing the new #SEDRILIMS in a microbiology laboratory from Sierra Leone. The system is free, easy to use and can be customised by the users for their specific needs and tests. Also makes statistics so much easier.

V2.6.2 of the ACORN app is now released. The update just adds our new site in the Philippines plus a couple of minor bug fixes.

ACORN is expanding! The Philippine General Hospital in Manila will soon come online as a semi-independent member of the network, focussing on neonatal and paediatric infections. Great to meet the team for training this week! @Wellcome_AMR @MORUBKK

Version 2.6.0 of the ACORN app is now out This update: ✅Fixes an issue with bar colours for the AMR plots ➡️Updates AST interpretations to 2023 versions of CLSI (M100-S33) / EUCAST (V13) ➡️Identifies patients without microbiology lab data, to help with local data quality checks
