Things I’ve learned after moving to a #leadership position: 1- some #decisions need to be made quick. Don’t drag. 2- most of time, providing a good enough #answer >>> spend days to come up w a perfect one (and it’s never perfect) 3- #trust is magical. 4- your #time is defined in between #deadlines. There is never ‘once this is done I will’. Manage time like guarding your gold. 5- take #risks, before it’s too late. 6- #look up. Look far. Don’t look back. 7- surround yourself with people who disagree with you with a good reason. They are your #mirrors. 8- #building a team is way more fun than in it for yourself. 9- if your team is smarter than you, then you have done a good #job. 10- work is cool but there aren’t a thing more important than #family. 🏡🌳🎋🏝️🎄🌲🌴🏕️
