We had 5 months to ‘figure it out.’ The new spaces (both smaller) replace other existing spaces we have used for 30 years that were taken back for FIFA renovations.

FIFA paid a fee to use the BCSHOF fame in 2015. It's not paying a fee now. They certainly have the funds. FIFA neglecting to do the right thing has nothing to do with the actions of Jason Beck.

After a four month long collection relocation, we executed the massive clearout of the Hall in one long day that had been designated for it exactly as I had planned. The media approached us in the days leading up to this. That was coincidence.

The money they saved on rent for the past 18 months could have been used to cover two months of wages for staff. Or allow them to move to a temporary locations for the two months to make money.

If you want to argue whether it makes sense logistically or thematically or whatever for the BC Sports Hall of Fame to be open during the World Cup that’s one thing.
But I can’t understand how they can legally be forced to lose two months of revenue without any compensation.
