@NotFifthGear @QTHEMUSIC18 Fox’s obsession with a ghost car really kills any anticipation coming to the line wondering how close they are to the fastest car. The whole Fox production really killed any excitement for qualifying for me. Maybe the fact everybody was locked in as well didn’t help.

One thing about NBC's Indy 500 qualifying was they never cut to the onboard camera and stuck with the car for the whole run

@jeff_gluck So what’s the point of racing the first two stages? Maybe let the guys who can’t win a race, race by themselves for the first two stages. Then have the locked in drivers race in the 200 lap final stage.
