I find it interesting that after all the FUD, all the Charles hate and lies, the worst crypto macro in years that Cardano is still top 11 on CMC (not including stablecoins) and MidNight which was launched only 6 months ago and hasn’t even gone decentralized mainnet yet is in the top 100. So much for the BS negative narrative

DAVEglobe is now tracking the upcoming Cardano Van Rossem hard fork SPO readiness in real time. You can see live Cardano blocks being minted by SPOs across the globe, along with whether each pool is hard fork ready (Green) or still pending upgrade (Orange). I wanted to build a simple, interactive way to make the upgrade process more visible. Data is constantly collected as new blocks are minted, and you can toggle different timeframes at the top to see how readiness is progressing over time. I thought this would be a useful way to observe the blockchain moving towards the next protocol upgrade and also SPO discovery / showcasing for delegators. On desktop, you can also toggle the hard fork tracking layer on or off from the right hand side, or explore some of the other functionality built into DAVEglobe. Hoskinson plans the great Cardano escape from X Charles Hoskinson (@IOHK_Charles) wants the @Cardano community off X entirely. The founder says he's building a Discord for a "great migration," promising well-moderated channels away from what he calls the drama, lies and endless rage. He'll still stream to his million X followers, but AMA questions will only come from the new Cardano and Midnight Discords. To those saying that means he's back: "I can't solve stupid." The exit follows a brutal stretch: cardano:native near multi-year lows, dApp failures, and a third of replies to his posts measured as outright abuse.

Thanks @IOHK_Charles. We both agree there is a place for X but we also agree that moving to Discord where we can have proper discourse about the future of Cardano is the way forward. Cardano is and always will be a welcoming place but the community deserves our focus to be on building the future and not engaging on the relentless and endless re-litigation of passed decisions or actions that have little to no bearing on the forward direction. I’ve also spoken with @F_Gregaard who also welcomes this change of venue as we all believe it will result in a more coherent, transparent and aligned vision for Cardano.
