Tennessee Woman Sues Mercedes-Benz
Dealership After Employee Took Her C300 AMG on Unauthorized Date Night Joyride While It Was in for Repairs
Kimberly Porter dropped off her Mercedes-Benz C300 AMG at a dealership in December for servicing. On January 16, she got GPS alerts saying her car was moving. She drove a loaner vehicle to the location and found her car in a parking lot. She waited and watched. When the dealership employee returned, she called police. The man, later identified as Derrick Nguyen, told police he'd been out on a date.
Nguyen was arrested and charged with theft of property.Porter alleges that after his arrest, dealership representatives pressured her to drop the charges and threatened to report the loaner as stolen.
Porter is now suing both Nguyen and the dealership.

@jiggyjayy2 Also, one of the biggest reasons for divorce is financial compatibility. If somebody is bad with money, that can be a huge red flag. If she’s good with her money, she would be good with yours and help you build on what you already have. How is that not important?

Prince William and Kate were heckled in Stirling a few days ago about how much the RF knew and covered up about Andrew's involvement with evil pedophile Epstein.
The man was shut down by William's security.

JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed.
The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle.
"After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department.
"Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense."
"Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges."
The case has been closed.
