This sums up playing time perfectly. Players think... "play me and I'll show you." Coaches think.. "show me & then I'll play you.” Coaches evaluate practice every day. That's your "show time." Be consistent & execute all the little things. Make plays, barrel balls, throw accurately. Run bases…Etc… Demonstrate daily you are the best option to help the team win. Goal….Be so good that you are the first name penciled in the line-up each game.
