I need to get this off my chest because I’m done biting my tongue while the same tired crowd of self-proclaimed “rational thinkers” looks down their noses at anyone who dares question what we’re all supposed to swallow whole. They genuinely believe they witnessed history, yesterday. Proof of humanity’s glorious march into the cosmos, and immediately started calling everyone else idiots, conspiracy nuts, or anti-science flat-earthers. They can’t seem to fathom why anyone would look at the same footage and see something completely different. I’m so sick of the pompous condescension that gets thrown at people who question. Let me explain it to you, "the believers"; as plainly and as honestly as I can. It’s not that people are too stupid to “understand science.” It’s not that they hate facts or math or progress. It’s that they have zero trust left in the institutions that keep selling these stories. That lack of trust didn’t come out of nowhere, either. It was earned, day after day, lie after lie, for our entire lives. You still trust the “science.” I get it. Your brain has been wired from childhood to see white coats and government press releases and multimillion-dollar launches as the gold standard of truth. You watch the rocket climb, the stages separate, the beautiful blue curve of the Earth appear on the live feed, and you think, “Math is mathing. Physics is physicsing. This is real.” You plug the numbers into the equations they taught you in school, you get the answer they told you was correct, and you walk away convinced you just learned something profound. You believe the experts because the experts have always been right in your experience. Or at least that’s what you’ve been told. But here’s what you’re missing, and it’s the part that makes people like me roll our eyes when you call everyone who questions, dumb: we’ve been manipulated, lied to, and straight-up used by our own governments, media, and political class our entire damn lives. Every single person who questions these spectacles has a lifetime of evidence that the people in power will say and show whatever serves their agenda. They’ve lied about... -Wars -Economies -Pandemics -Elections -Food -Medicine -Environment You name it...they've lied. They’ve rewritten history in real time, censored inconvenient voices, and then acted shocked when the public started noticing the patterns. So when a rocket blasts off and the official story says it’s punching through the atmosphere into the infinite void of space, people with their memories still in tact, don’t automatically cheer. They don’t trust the feed. They don’t trust the telemetry data flashed on screen. They don’t trust the “independent experts" trotted out to explain why it all makes perfect sense. Their lived experience tells them something different. They've seen the same institutions gaslight over and over again. They've been told not to "trust their lying eyes". They've heard the dismissals of their direct observations with smug little phrases like “correlation doesn’t equal causation” or “land doesn’t vote” whenever the data clearly doesn’t match the narrative. You don’t have to agree with them. You don’t even have to like them. But if you can’t wrap your head around why trust is gone, then maybe you’re not as intelligent or open-minded as you think you are. Understanding doesn’t require you to believe what others believe. It just requires you to acknowledge that people who have been repeatedly betrayed by every major source of “authority” in their lives are not going to suddenly flip a switch and trust a rocket launch just because it looks impressive on TV. Think about it from the other side for once... They grew up being told the world worked one way...fair, transparent, evidence-based. Then they lived through decades of the opposite. They saw promises broken, scandals buried, whistleblowers destroyed, and “settled science” flip 180 degrees whenever it became politically inconvenient. They watched billion-dollar agencies and trillion-dollar corporations collude to push stories that didn’t match what they could see, measure, or experience for themselves. Every time anyone dared to point it out, they were told THEY were the problem. They were the crazy ones. They were “deniers.” That’s why the rocket footage doesn’t land the same way for them. It’s not that they can’t do the math. It’s that they don’t trust the equations designed for them. They don’t trust the cameras the powers that be control. They don’t trust the narrative that's been building since the 1950s that space is the final frontier and we’re all just one more successful launch away from colonizing the stars. Their brains aren’t broken. Their TRUST is. And they're exhausted... They're tired of being told that their first-hand experiences are invalid. Tired of the constant gaslighting that says “what you think you saw isn’t what really happened.” Tired of the condescension that assumes anyone who rejects the official story must be intellectually deficient instead of justifiably skeptical. They've been spoon-fed “truth” by the same machine for so long that they've developed a natural, healthy immune response to it. That response isn’t stupidity. It’s SURVIVAL. So the next time you see someone roll their eyes at another “successful” space launch, try to remember this: they’re not rejecting science. They’re rejecting the people who have weaponized science against them for decades. They’re not incapable of understanding the official explanation. They simply refuse to accept it on faith from the very institutions that have given them every reason not to. You can keep believing what you’re told. That’s your choice. But don’t pretend your belief makes you superior. It just means you still have trust left to give. The rest ran out a long time ago, and they're not ashamed of it. They're wide awake. They're paying attention. They're done pretending "the emperor is wearing clothes", when the evidence in front of their own eyes says otherwise. That’s not crazy. That’s what happens when you’ve been lied to one too many times. If you can’t understand that, then the real question isn’t why they doubt the rocket launches. The real question is why don't you?

@bigDawg8526 @MerchForNobody Why would you need to test it and how else would you test a mass swinging around a planetary body other than observing natural satellites do it, and then doing it with your own spacecraft already, Apollo 13 and Artemis I Artemis 2 didn’t need to test it anymore
