@reneewritesem A large rubber mat might be something you could use to spread this flat on while it dried. It's also a versatile little piece of equipment so it's not going to be a disadvantage and it fold up really small so it won't take up space.

@AFineFlame Ohhhh. Yeah, that would be a good idea. 👀 IDK if I have anything that can hold up to a weighted blanket, though. The most my drying area has to hold usually is bras. 😂

It's been nearly a year since I bought a weighted blanket and I've been using it semi regularly and goddamn if it doesn't feel like the closest thing to another person cuddling me Let's ignore the implications of my pathetic solitude and focus on the fact that WEIGHTED BLANKET!!

@reneewritesem Idk if you have a bathtub but I have this really big plastic tub at home—short and wide—which I filled with lukewarm water, liquid detergent and some Dettol for funsies, washed my feet and made like a vintner, drained, rinsed and dragged the entire set up to the drying rack
