@THEFREEB0Y @boneGPT NextGenPeps or VerifiedPeptides have both been great for a multitude of items. Better pricing than a lot for US domestic sourcing, both have testing records (grain of salt as always), but results speak for themselves

@AFlyingSpurrel @boneGPT That’s good to hear, I might give that a try. Where are you getting it from?

@THEFREEB0Y @boneGPT Anti inflammatory properties of that stack has been very apparent

@THEFREEB0Y @boneGPT GLOW has 5x’d my consecutive running distance in a few months. Could barely run a mile at 6mph before and now I do a full 3+ at 6mph+ every other day

Dear @sama
Please refer to GPT as gipidy (jipidy). It's much nicer to say that way

@mattlivve @PeptideList I'm on a shockingly similar protocol minus NAD+ and Ser (ipa + cjc alternate). 2 months and I'm down 20lb w/ clear lean mass gain. Blood work coming in next 2 weeks to compare against -6mo bloodwork via Whoop Labs, excited to see the results. BP, Cholesterol, etc. should be +++

I think a good diet and sleep protocol can help a lot with the CNS effects but obviously not everyone is the same. I’m taking 1mg every 6 days Reta. Losing steady weight, hunger is suppressed but not too much to where I can’t get my protein in. Have no desire to drink alc. Sleeping great but also doing 500mcg sermorelin fasted before bed w/ 500mcg BPC157 / 500mcg TB500. I also take 200mg magnesium glycinate and 30ml tart cherry before bed with a glass of milk and a glass of water.
I do 25mg NAD+ every morning as well and try to get sun in my eyes to support circadian rhythm. I train daily 1 hour gym, 30 mins cardio, 15 mins, stretching, 20 mins sauna. Been on this protocol for about a month and I feel 100x better than before. Fatigue is all but gone unless I have long days at the office (obviously.). Knee and shoulder pain is getting much better. Leaning out and building muscle. Blood work looks great - nothing remarkable.

Retatrutide side effects are real and underreported. The vivid dreams and sleep disruption track with what the Phase 2/3 data shows at the glucagon receptor level. It's a triple agonist hitting GLP-1, GIP, AND glucagon. That third mechanism is why the weight loss is 28.7% but it's also why the CNS effects are more pronounced than semaglutide or tirzepatide.
This is exactly why "just take what your buddy's taking" doesn't work. Different compounds hit different pathways. Your genetics, your metabolism, your response.
Mac 🐺@MacnBTC
tried retatrutide for ~6 weeks (0.5-1.25mg per week) pros: - basically zero hunger - needed ~1 hr less sleep per night cons: - vivid dreams of myself dying over and over, every single night. waking up exhausted. ultimately not for me. fasting 24h per week seems easier.

@PeptideList Sleep consistency, diet consistency, and workout consistency played a huge part. GLOW stack in combo removed any reta side effects past the first week. Incredible results from it on low dose of 1mg/wk.

@PeptideList I was previously taking a very small dose of Mag Glycinate, didn't realize I was taking 1/3 of rec dose. Upped Mag Glyc to 500mg/night and got much better sleep. Mag Glyc gave me wilder dreams than Reta 10x over. No major RHR/HRV reductions, if anything improvements. YMMV.
