شارك وفد من #أجفند برئاسة سعادة المدير التنفيذي، الأستاذ همام بن جريد، في الاجتماع رفيع المستوى الذي نظمته جامعة الدول العربية في العاصمة الأردنية عمّان، لمتابعة تنفيذ إعلان عمّان–برلين، ومناقشة العقد العربي لحقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، واستعراض آليات تعزيز التعاون الإقليمي في هذا المجال، وذلك بمشاركة وزراء وممثلي الجهات الإقليمية والدولية. وأكد سعادته أهمية توظيف الشراكات والممكنات التنموية لتحفيز تنفيذ المبادرات، وربط الدعم والتمويل بمؤشرات الأداء المستهدفة، بما يعزز فاعلية البرامج ويُسرّع أثرها التنموي في الدول المستفيدة. An #AGFUND delegation, led by H.E. Hammam bin Juraied, Executive Director of AGFUND, participated in the High-Level Meeting organized by the League of Arab States in Amman, Jordan, to follow up on the implementation of the Amman–Berlin Declaration, discuss the Arab Decade for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and explore mechanisms for strengthening regional cooperation in this field. The meeting brought together ministers and representatives of regional and international organizations. During the meeting, H.E. underscored the importance of leveraging development partnerships and enabling mechanisms to accelerate the implementation of initiatives, while linking support and financing to targeted performance indicators to enhance programme effectiveness and accelerate development impact across beneficiary countries.

Hammam bin Juraied, Executive Director of #AGFUND, participated in the Arab Regional Conference on Follow-up to the Outcomes of the Global Disability Summit, held in Amman, Jordan, with the participation of senior officials, experts, and representatives of regional and international organizations. AGFUND’s participation reaffirmed its commitment to supporting and empowering persons with disabilities, while strengthening development partnerships that expand opportunities for inclusion and advance the principles of inclusive and sustainable development. This aligns with the organization’s ongoing efforts to support high-impact initiatives and achieve sustainable development impact.

من الأردن إلى موريتانيا، مرورًا بالسودان وسوريا وسيراليون وفلسطين ولبنان واليمن والبحرين، جسدت تجارب بنوك أجفند للشمول المالي كيف يمكن للابتكار المالي، والتحول الرقمي، والشراكات التنموية أن توسّع فرص الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية، وتمكّن المجتمعات، وتعزز الأثر التنموي المستدام. From Jordan to Mauritania—through Sudan, Syria, Sierra Leone, Palestine, Lebanon, Yemen, and Bahrain—the experiences shared by AGFUND Financial Inclusion Banks demonstrated how financial innovation, digital transformation, and development partnerships can expand access to financial services, empower communities, and generate sustainable development impact.

كيف تتحول استراتيجيات الشمول المالي إلى أثرٍ تنموي ملموس؟ بحضور ومشاركة عضو مجلس إدارة أجفند ممثل دولة الكويت، سعادة الأستاذ نُصَف النصف، افتتح سعادة المدير التنفيذي لـ #أجفند، الأستاذ همام بن ناصر بن جريد، اللقاء الخامس لبنوك أجفند للشمول المالي، مستعرضًا أبرز ملامح استراتيجية أجفند، وأولوياتها المستقبلية، والمرتكزات التي تقود جهود المنظمة نحو تعظيم الأثر التنموي، وتعزيز الاستدامة، وتوسيع الشراكات. وفي هذا السياق، استعرضت البنوك المشاركة تجاربها في الابتكار المالي، والتحول الرقمي، وتمكين الفئات الأكثر احتياجًا. How do financial inclusion strategies translate into tangible development impact? In the presence and with the participation of H.E. Nusef Al-Nusf, AGFUND's Board Member representing the State of Kuwait, H.E. Mr. Hammam bin Juraied, Executive Director of #AGFUND, inaugurated the Fifth AGFUND Financial Inclusion Banks Meeting. He highlighted the key pillars of AGFUND’s strategy, its future priorities, and the strategic foundations guiding the organization’s efforts to maximize development impact, strengthen sustainability, and expand partnerships. Within this framework, the participating banks shared their experiences in advancing financial innovation, accelerating digital transformation, and empowering underserved communities.

واختتم اللقاء بعرض الأستاذ سليمان تيوب، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك الإبداع – موريتانيا، الذي أبرز تجربة البنك في تقديم خدمات مالية وغير مالية تستهدف أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، مع التركيز على تمكين المرأة، ودعم التنمية المحلية، والتحول الرقمي، وتعزيز الشراكات الاستراتيجية. The meeting concluded with a presentation by Mr. Suleiman Tiob, CEO of Al Ibdaa Bank – Mauritania, who highlighted the bank’s experience in delivering financial and non-financial services to small and micro entrepreneurs, with a focus on women’s economic empowerment, local development, digital transformation, and strategic partnerships.

وتناول البروفيسور السيد بدر الدين عبدالمجيد، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك الإبداع – البحرين، تجربة البنك في تعزيز الشمول المالي عبر حلول تمويلية مبتكرة تستهدف رواد الأعمال وأصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر، إلى جانب تطوير الخدمات المالية والتحول الرقمي، بما يسهم في توسيع الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية. Professor Badr El Din Abdel Majeed, CEO of Al Ibdaa Bank – Bahrain, presented the bank’s experience in promoting financial inclusion through innovative financing solutions for entrepreneurs and owners of small and micro enterprises, alongside enhancing financial services and accelerating digital transformation to broaden access to finance.

واستعرض الأستاذ محمد اللاعي، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك الأمل – اليمن، تجربة البنك في مواصلة تقديم خدماته المالية رغم التحديات، ودوره في تسهيل التحويلات المالية، وبناء شراكات فاعلة مع المنظمات الدولية دعماً للبرامج الإنسانية والإنمائية، بما يعزز الشمول المالي والتنمية المستدامة. Mr. Mohammed Al-Laai, CEO of Al-Amal Bank – Yemen, shared the bank’s experience in sustaining financial services despite challenging circumstances, facilitating financial transfers, and building effective partnerships with international organizations to support humanitarian and development programs, thereby advancing financial inclusion and sustainable development.

وتحدث الأستاذ بهاء دعنا، المدير العام لبنك الإبداع - لبنان، عن مسيرة نمو البنك منذ تأسيسه، وأبرز إنجازاته، وجهوده في الحفاظ على استمرارية أعماله رغم التحديات الاقتصادية، ورؤيته لتعزيز الجاهزية المؤسسية واستئناف النمو. Mr. Bahaa Daana, General Manager of Ibdaa Bank – Lebanon, reflected on the Bank’s growth journey since its establishment, highlighting its key achievements, its commitment to maintaining business continuity amid economic challenges, and its vision for strengthening institutional resilience and resuming sustainable growth.

كما استعرض الأستاذ صدام عودة، المدير العام لبنك الإبداع – فلسطين، جهود البنك في تطوير الحلول التمويلية والخدمات الرقمية، وتوسيع قنوات الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية، إلى جانب رؤيتها المستقبلية لتعزيز الاستدامة والابتكار وتوسيع الشراكات. Mr. Saddam Odeh, General Manager of Ibdaa Bank – Palestine, highlighted the Bank’s efforts to develop innovative financing solutions and digital services, expand access to financial services, and advance its vision for strengthening sustainability, fostering innovation, and expanding strategic partnerships.

وقدم الأستاذ عمر كوروما، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك الإبداع للتمويل الأصغر – سيراليون، تجربة البنك في توسيع الشمول المالي عبر حلول تمويلية مبتكرة، وبرامج الادخار والتثقيف المالي، ومنتجات التمويل المرتبطة بالطهي النظيف، والتحول إلى الخدمات المالية الرقمية. Mr. Omar Koroma, CEO of Al Ibdaa Microfinance Bank – Sierra Leone, presented the bank’s experience in expanding financial inclusion through innovative financing solutions, savings and financial literacy programs, clean cooking finance products, and the transition toward digital financial services.

واستعرض الأستاذ أديب شرف، الرئيس التنفيذي لمصرف الإبداع للتمويل الأصغر – سوريا، مسيرة المصرف الممتدة لـ15 عامًا في تعزيز الشمول المالي، وجهوده في تطوير الخدمات المالية وغير المالية، والتحول الرقمي، إلى جانب خطة التعافي والنمو الهادفة إلى تعزيز الاستدامة وتوسيع الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية. Mr. Adeeb Sharaf, CEO of Al Ibdaa Microfinance Bank – Syria, presented the bank’s 15-year journey in advancing financial inclusion, highlighting its efforts to enhance financial and non-financial services, drive digital transformation, and implement a recovery and growth plan aimed at strengthening sustainability and expanding access to financial services.

وشارك الأستاذ عادل بله، الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك الإبداع للتمويل الأصغر – السودان، تجربة البنك في الحفاظ على استمرارية الأعمال وتعزيز الصمود المؤسسي خلال الفترة (2023–2025)، مع مواصلة دعم القطاعات الإنتاجية، وتمويل صغار المزارعين والنساء والشباب، والتوسع في التمويل الأخضر. Mr. Adel Balla, CEO of Al Ibdaa Microfinance Bank – Sudan, shared the bank’s experience in maintaining business continuity and strengthening institutional resilience during the 2023–2025 period, while continuing to support productive sectors, finance smallholder farmers, women, and youth, and expand green finance initiatives.

وسلّط الأستاذ سامح المحاريق، الرئيس التنفيذي للوطني للتمويل الأصغر – الأردن، الضوء على جهود المؤسسة في تطوير المنتجات المالية، وتسريع التحول الرقمي، وتعزيز الأمن السيبراني، إلى جانب توسيع المبادرات الاجتماعية والشراكات التنموية، بما يدعم التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية المستدامة. Mr. Sameh Al-Mahariq, CEO of National Microfinance Bank – Jordan, highlighted the institution’s efforts to develop innovative financial products, accelerate digital transformation, strengthen cybersecurity, and expand social initiatives and development partnerships that contribute to sustainable economic and social development.

انعقد في عمّان – المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية، اللقاء الخامس لبنوك أجفند للشمول المالي، بمشاركة رؤساء البنوك، لمناقشة أبرز الإنجازات المحققة، والتحديات الراهنة، واستعراض الفرص المستقبلية لتعزيز الشمول المالي ودعم الابتكار المالي.. وشكّل اللقاء منصة للحوار وتبادل الخبرات وأفضل الممارسات بين بنوك #أجفند، حيث استعرض المشاركون التجارب والمبادرات التنموية في مجال الشمول المالي، وناقشوا التوجهات المستقبلية للقطاع، وسبل تعزيز التعاون والعمل المشترك، إلى جانب تطوير حلول مالية مبتكرة تسهم في توسيع نطاق الوصول إلى الخدمات المالية وتعظيم الأثر التنموي والاجتماعي والاقتصادي لبنوك أجفند في الدول التي تعمل بها. The 5th #AGFUND Banks Financial Inclusion Meeting was held in Amman, Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, bringing together the Chairpersons and Chief Executive Officers of #AGFUND Banks to reflect on key achievements, address emerging challenges, and explore new opportunities to advance financial inclusion and drive financial innovation. The meeting provided a valuable platform for dialogue, collaboration, and the exchange of knowledge and best practices among AGFUND Banks. Participants showcased impactful development initiatives that are expanding financial inclusion, discussed the sector’s future priorities, and explored ways to strengthen partnerships and collective action. They also highlighted the importance of developing innovative financial solutions that broaden access to inclusive financial services and enhance the developmental, social, and economic impact of AGFUND Banks across the communities they serve.
