KEVIN WARSH the FED CHAIR is building a "Shadow CPI" to replace official government inflation numbers with private corporate data that the public cant audit.🚨 He is building FAKE METRICS on the Economy ."Shadow GDP" using private corporate data. A Shadow Index that he will use to justify interest rate cuts (to help the Treasury/Friends) while Official Inflation remains high.🚨 And he is buying data from Walmart and credit card companies. Whats dangerous is If Walmart price data is used to set interest rates, Walmart effectively gains a veto over Fed policy. Look at the leadership of the "Data" task force. One of the three chairs is Doug McMillon, the former CEO of Walmart🚨🚨🚨🚨👀👀👀 Walmart has a massive inventory of unsold goods. When interest rates rise, debt gets expensive, and consumer spending slows down. This is bad for Walmart's profits.
so by integrating Walmart's private "scanner data" (real-time sales numbers) into the Fed's decision-making process, McMillon gains the power to influence interest rate policy to benefit his shareholders.
If the Fed uses private data to determine inflation, and a pure authoritarian source like Walmart controls that data, Walmart can negotiate the economic landscape.🚨 Warsh wants to replace Economic data with "transactional data" from private supply chains and digital commerce ⚠️⚠️🚨🚨 Why? If the BLS says inflation is 5%, you can download the spreadsheet and check their math.
If the Fed creates a "Weighted Digital Price Index" using proprietary data from Walmart, Visa, and Amazon, you cannot see the math. You cannot audit the numbers. You have to trust Warsh.👆👀👀⚠️⚠️⚠️ He is creating a 2 -tier data system.
Tier 1: Public data. Used to manage your social security and wages. It shows high inflation to justify austerity for you.
Tier 2: Private data (The "New Signals"). Used to manage Wall Street and bank reserves. It shows lower inflation to justify cheap money for the banks.⚠️🚨🚨🚨 ——— 🚨 Warsh and his task forces are aggressively pushing the narrative that traditional indicators are flawed All economic data measures the past. You cant measure the future. But "Real-time" is a marketing term. it measures the activity of 12 hours ago instead of 2 days ago. The only reason to demand "real-time" data is to provide a pretext for volatility.🚨
If he relies on monthly data (the standard), he can only change policy 12 times a year.
If he relies on "high-frequency" data (second-by-second scanner logs), he can justify intervention at any moment.🚨🚨 He is removing the "Guardrails" of time. By claiming he needs to see the economy "in real time," he reserves the right to "surprise" the markets with rate hikes or cuts based on data spikes that no one else can see. 🚨🚨 —- The "Productivity and Jobs" task force is led by Marc Andreessen (VC) and Asha Sharma (Microsoft AI)
The "Data" task force is meant to feed into this.🚨
They are building a pipeline.
Pipeline Step 1: Feed private, un-audited consumer data into the system.
Pipeline Step 2: Use AI to "interpret" the signals. Why this is bad?
Warsh is building a financial system where "Why did we raise rates?" is answered by " The AI told us the private transaction data indicated a micro-shift in productivity."
This eliminates the "Human" from the loop. It removes the ability to debate policy. You cant argue with a black-box AI model trained on proprietary Walmart sales logs. He is changing the data collection method to ensure that only the Fed knows the real state of the economy.🚨🚨 — By de-emphasizing "lagging" public data, Warsh is effectively defunding the Bureau of Labor Statistics and the Census Bureau.
If the Fed stops relying on public data, those agencies become less relevant. Their funding gets cut. He wants the economy to be defined by Corporate Data, not Citizen Data.
Corporate data is owned by the elite (Walmart, Banks).
Citizen data is owned by the public (Government) @RepThomasMassie
