@irbrodie It's May 14th & the fire season has already started; last evening the sky was thick. Everything is bone dry. We can't keep fraking and burning everything. I support phasing out oil, helping workers pivot. I recognize this is difficult, complicated but the politics make it worse.

@dabler73 @PremierScottMoe I also want a well functioning government. And when people are healthy and getting their needs met, they need less supports from the government. But we have to get them to that place first or we all pay more for via the justice system or repeat visitors to hospitals.

Absolutely not Max. My contention is the liberal party is treating a lot of people like idiots. Advocating for and building out a Carbon pricing scheme, taking money out of their pockets for years, while demonizing anybody who would suggest that we were on the wrong path, only to come in and “save the day” with the stroke of a pen. It’s disingenuous and it makes a mockery of the hardship that the carbon tax caused.
