The difference between us and the rest of the MLB is we’ve moved past it. It’s a completely different team now and we’re almost 10 years past it. We’ve moved on, you should too

It’s a simple switch that people who are new on their weight loss journey can make to help with calorie reduction and curb cravings. It also helps people stick with their weight loss plans versus going cold..

@deadliftblue EXACTLY and done so in moderation. I will have a Diet Coke or Sugar Free Orange Crush 2-3 times per week as a little treat or curb cravings and that is FINE. No danger. It’s what works best for you or the individual because diet pop, in moderation, is better than the alternative.
