@kylas610 @ifixhearts And that’s the point you don’t actually like the steak you love the way it’s cooked/seasoned. Take away the process of preparing steak and you’ll realize society has you fooled into eating the corpse of an animal… “dumbass”

Calling me a dumbass for liking a good steak is very rude. OK but if it’s the only source of food right in front of you yeah I’m going to eat it no matter what it is but you’re not getting the point. It is the best food source and has the best nutritional value meaning we get the most out of eating those animals. Can’t just live off of plants and herbs and fruits and vegetables. There’s no protein in that protein is the building block of your body. No protein, skinny twig. 👍🏻 and why would God put animals on this earth to reproduce and then the population of those animals will just get too much at one point so people gotta start killing them off and eating them

@kylas610 @ifixhearts That’s all depended on what the animal consumes in its lifetime dumbass you don’t need the flesh of an animal to live… No difference then cooking a squirrel that’s been on the side of a road. Then adding hella flavor/seasoning

@Diet0Nutrition It's a mainstream misconception that you need to carb load for optimal workout performance. Your muscles don't need carbs to replenish glycogen. Studies that use fully fat adapted athletes show similar performance between carb and fat based diets.

Muscle mass is your body's primary Glucose Sink if you aren't lifting heavy weights, your insulin has nowhere to put energy except into your visceral fat and brain. Without this "sink" to absorb the influx of sugar, the pancreas is forced to overproduce insulin to clear the bloodstream. But the energy has to go somewhere. If the muscle stores are full or the tissue is dormant, insulin redirects that energy to the most dangerous storage units: the deep adipose tissue surrounding your organs and the delicate pathways of the brain. This isn't just about getting "soft" around the middle it’s about the fact that hyperinsulinemia is a foundational driver of cognitive decline and systemic metabolic collapse.

@SamaHoole Society has you people thinking red meat is actual food when in reality it’s just the corpse of an animal that’s been dead for weeks slowly rotting… Its a reason why yall have to add so much flavor to meat just to be able to consume it.. And protein your body doesn’t even use it

This guy really thinks he's cracked the code by distending his stomach with fibre and water. A machine honed by two million years of evolution isn't going to be fooled by a jug of salad. It knows exactly what it's looking for. Protein. Fat. The specific inputs that fulfill the body's energy needs and close the hunger loop. And it will keep sending the signal until they arrive. Volume eating is the nutritional equivalent of paying your rent in Monopoly money and being surprised when the landlord keeps asking.

This is what 400 calories looks like. Same number. Two completely different outcomes.

@oneGReatvegan False. Just cook the vegetables AS vegetables. They are already delicious. Don't try to be meat. It doesn't work.

Most carnivore diets can be dramatically improved by simply consuming citrus and dairy. 3 clementines = 108 mg vitamin C + 27 g carbs 2 oz most cheeses = 400-700 mg calcium + 1-2g carbs For < 30 grams of carbs you: 1.) Prevent suboptimal vitamin C levels 2.) Largely prevent negative calcium balance Muscle meat carnivore diets are not optimal for nutrient status.

@Johnny_boy27 @SamaHoole Humans ate raw meat for around 2 million years. 😆 Cooking is great. It makes tough cuts of meat more tender and reduces the energy required to digest it. That doesn’t mean you have to or that humans are not capable of digesting raw meat. We are perfectly capable.

Your stomach produces acid at a pH of 1.5 to 2. One of the strongest digestive environments of any animal on earth. This is not an accident. It is the signature of an apex predator. Herbivores don't need stomach acid this strong. They need fermentation chambers. You have a stomach designed to sterilise and break down animal tissue. Your small intestine is optimised for absorbing fat-soluble vitamins. You have a gallbladder dedicated to producing bile for fat digestion. You do not have a rumen. You do not have multiple fermentation compartments. You are not a cow. The human digestive system is approximately twenty-five feet long. A gorilla's, a true herbivore, is roughly three times that. The extra length is for fermenting cellulose. You don't have it because you didn't evolve eating plants as a primary food source. Your gut microbiome evolved alongside a diet of animal tissue, organs, fermented foods, and occasional seasonal plant matter. It did not evolve alongside seed oils, emulsifiers, artificial sweeteners, or modified starches. These compounds have been in the food supply for less than a century. The microbiome has had no time to adapt. The gut health crisis: the IBS, the food sensitivities, the leaky gut, the dysbiosis, arrived in the same decades as the ultra-processed food supply. The recommended fix is more wholegrains, more plant diversity, and a probiotic capsule. Which is the dietary equivalent of treating smoke inhalation with a scented candle.

@Johnny_boy27 @SamaHoole Your mastery of the English language really demonstrates your brilliance. The point is it’s not necessary to cook meat in order for humans to consume it. Hope that helps.
