@AmericanAir @AmericanAir after waiting an hour for a live person. The rep "Diamond" proceeds to tell me she can't do anything and that she is in customer "service" but I need to contact customer "relations", but advises they don't have a phone number. #AmericanAirlines

@AmericanAir It's not. Delayed AGAIN !!!!And the customer service line is growing by the second without providing ANY updates, absolutely unacceptable for a large carrier. Ridiculous

@AmericanAir is the absolute worst ! Mid week flight from SAT to DFW delayed. DFW to BFL over 3 hour delay with 0 answers on if or when flight will even happen. Absolutely the worst !!!!
