Old-school construction firms sold something a lot of modern brands forgot: competence. Not hype. Not "transformation." Not polished nonsense. Just: we know the work, we handle details, and we don’t create chaos. That still wins.

The tools changed. The pain didn’t. Yesterday it was binders, fax machines, and red pencils. Today it’s PDFs, tabs, inboxes, and scattered files. Same problem: bad information flow makes the job harder than it should be.

A construction PM can survive bad coffee. What kills the day is hunting for the right detail across emails, PDFs, plan sheets, and someone’s memory. That’s the workflow AI should attack first.

Nobody should need a Procore-sized bill just to stop submittals from turning into archaeology. If the real job is: what’s required, who has it, what’s late, what needs an RFI? That deserves a lighter tool. AIX Pro is building for that paperwork layer.
