BREAKING: Donald Trump's fortune is destroyed as Judge Arthur Engoron slams him with a $355 million fine in the New York civil fraud case — spelling doom for his embattled finances. And that's not even the worst part for Trump... In addition to the historically massive fine, Trump will be banned from borrowing money from any bank in New York for three years. This will make it difficult for him to raise money to appeal the judgement, which in turn might force him to sell off one of his beloved buildings or golf courses. He will also be banned for three years from serving in any top roles at any New York companies, including his own. The New York Times reports that an independent monitor will serve as "court's eyes and ears at the Trump Organization" and watch out for fraud or other suspicious behavior. As The Daily Beast reports, the 9% interest rate on the judgement could ultimately push the total fines "well past $400 million" which would be the worst financial crisis Trump has ever faced. The timing could not be any worse for Trump, who is currently fighting off numerous indictments that could land him behind bars. It's unclear how he will manage to pay his mounting legal fees. Judge Engoron also banned Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump from serving as officers or directors of any New York corporation or legal entity for two years. They have been fined $4 million a piece. BREAKING: Special Counsel Jack Smith hits back hard after Donald Trump demands that the Supreme Court refuse to rule on his supposed "presidential immunity," saying that the "public interest" requires a "prompt resolution" because the charges are of "utmost gravity." The charges here are of the utmost gravity," wrote Smith in his new filing to the justices. Appropriately, Smith compared this case to the Watergate scandal. "Here, the stakes are at least as high, if not higher: the resolution of the question presented is pivotal to whether the former President himself will stand trial – which is scheduled to begin less than three months in the future," stated Smith. The Special Counsel went on to state that Trump "stands accused of serious crimes because the grand jury followed the facts and applied the law. The government seeks this Court’s resolution of the immunity claim so that those charges may be promptly resolved, whatever the result." "Enforcing federal criminal laws that prohibit such conduct is vital to protecting our constitutional processes and democracy itself," he added. Jack Smith is clearly in the right here. BREAKING: Corrupt Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas is slammed with another jaw-dropping scandal as it's revealed that he attended at least two donor events for the right-wing Koch network. According to a bombshell new report from ProPublica, Thomas attended a private dinner in 2018 for donors at the conservative group's yearly summit. He was brought in because the Koch organizers believed that providing access to him would drive up donations, a blatant abuse of his position. To make matters even worse, the Koch network has brought cases before the Supreme Court, meaning that the group appears to have been essentially bribing Thomas for his support. Th justice, who clearly believes himself to above the law and the rest of the country, attended at least one private dinner for "top-tier donors" who were clearly buying access. True to his usual lawless and criminal behavior, Thomas did not disclose the trip on his financial disclosure form, a violation of federal law. It's still unclear who paid for his luxurious private jet flight. The Koch network insists that it was not them. Enough is enough. At this point the only way Clarence Thomas could make his corruption any more blatant would be by accepting a big sack of money with a dollar sign painted on it.
