The IRGC is now where it belongs: On the EU's terror list next to its proxies Hamas and the military wing of Hezbollah. We applaud the @EUCouncil for taking this important step and call on it to list Hezbollah in its entirety. consilium.europa.eu/en/press/press…

Tonight, starts the Jewish holiday of Shavuot which celebrates the receiving of the Torah at Mt. Sinai. It is customary for Jews to study Torah all night and enjoy dairy products. Chag Shavuot Sameach to our followers 🧀🥛🌾

We will continue to honor Sarah and Yaron's legacy by standing up, speaking out, and refusing to be silent in the face of hate. May their memories forever be a blessing.

One year ago, their lives were stolen in a horrific act of violence, a devastating reminder of where unchecked antisemitic incitement can lead.

We join Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu and Foreign Affairs Minister Sa’ar in condemning National Security Minister Itamar Ben Gvir’s abhorrent video taunting and mistreating detained flotilla activists. Given Minister Ben Gvir’s long history of inflammatory and offensive conduct, this latest incident is sadly unsurprising. Make no mistake: the IDF had legitimate cause to intercept the Gaza-bound flotilla, fulfilling its obligation to protect Israeli citizens and prevent weapons from potentially being smuggled into Gaza. At the same time, Israeli leaders serving in senior government positions have a responsibility to act in a manner consistent with the rule of law and Israel’s democratic values.

In yet another horrific violent attack in London, an Israeli man was beaten nearly unconscious in a Jewish neighborhood after he was heard speaking Hebrew. According to reports, a group of men shouted at him in Arabic, chased him down, dragged him across the road, and assaulted him until he required hospital treatment. No arrests have been made. This incident comes just two weeks after two Jewish men were stabbed outside a synagogue in the same neighborhood. British Jews should not have to be on guard 24/7, but this is the reality of London in 2026. Enough words. Now is the time for concrete, visible action.

We stand in solidarity with the Muslim community in the wake of the horrific shooting at the Islamic Center of San Diego in Clairemont that left three people dead. We commend law enforcement for the swift response to this attack, which is now being investigated as a hate crime. As the Muslim community across the country grapples with this murderous assault, we reaffirm our commitment to ensuring all houses of worship are safe. You are not alone.

We are grateful to federal and local law enforcement for arresting and indicting Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi, a commander of Kataib Hezbollah. Al-Saadi reportedly was plotting to attack Jewish sites in New York City and Los Angeles and is also linked to at least 20 additional terrorist plots and attacks in Europe and Canada. Kataib Hezbollah is an Iran-backed Iraqi Shiite terror group, part of Iran’s broader network of terror proxies. It has previously carried out attacks against U.S. forces in Iraq and held Princeton researcher Elizabeth Tsurkov and American journalist Shelly Kittelson hostage. nytimes.com/2026/05/15/nyr…

The UAE is a close partner and a force for regional stability. Today’s Iranian drone attack near the Barakah Nuclear Power Plant is deeply alarming and completely unacceptable.

Targeting civilian and critical infrastructure — especially near a nuclear facility — is reckless, dangerous, and threatens the security of the entire region.

We stand in solidarity with the UAE and commend the professionalism of Emirati air defenses and emergency responders.
IAEA - International Atomic Energy Agency ⚛️@iaeaorg

The IAEA has been informed by the UAE that radiation levels at the Barakah NPP remain normal and no injuries were reported after a drone strike this morning caused a fire in an electrical generator located outside the inner site perimeter of the NPP. Emergency diesel generators are currently providing power to the NPP’s unit 3. The IAEA is following the situation closely and is in constant contact with the UAE authorities, ready to provide assistance if needed. DG @rafaelmgrossi expresses grave concern about the incident and says military activity that threatens nuclear safety is unacceptable. The DG reiterates call for maximum military restraint near any NPP to avoid the danger of a nuclear accident.

Belgium can disagree politically with Israeli policies beyond the Green Line. But refusing passport renewals and consular protection to Belgian citizens living there crosses a very dangerous line. When a policy disproportionately targets Jews living in Israel and treats them as less deserving of protection from their own country, it inevitably raises serious concerns about discriminatory — even antisemitic — treatment. Equal citizenship cannot depend on where Jews choose to live. timesofisrael.com/belgium-refuse…

Last week, MEP Fabio De Masi hosted an exhibition by an artist who defended Hamas and minimized the Holocaust. Together with our partners @eurojewcong, @BnaiBrith and @IMPACoexistence we urge @EP_President to ensure that the European Parliament does not become a platform for antisemitism. On October 7, 2023, Hamas committed systematic sexual violence: rape, gang rape, and sexual torture. A new report from the Civil Commission on October 7th Crimes by Hamas against Women and Children draws on 430 interviews, 10,000+ photos and videos, and 1,800 hours of analysis across 52 countries. For more than two years, many dismissed or minimized these crimes. The survivors deserved to be believed from the beginning. The denial of these atrocities must end. civilc.org/silenced-no-mo…

Today, @theCC07 published its report on Hamas' use of sexual violence confirming once again that sexual violence was deliberate, coordinated, and embedded in the attack itself. We urge everyone to read this report. While the sanctions the @EUCouncil adopted yesterday against Hamas are a welcome step, further action is necessary, including showing a clear lack of tolerance for everyone denying these crimes. civilc.org/silenced-no-mo…

“Rarely has the Iranian regime been more isolated, more constrained, and more vulnerable. Now is precisely the time to increase pressure, not ease it.” In the @Jerusalem_Post, AJC Director of Diplomatic Engagement and U.S.-Europe Affairs @SievekingM argues that Europe must take more decisive action against the Iranian regime—from fully designating Hezbollah as a terrorist organization to enforcing its designation of the IRGC and increasing diplomatic pressure on Tehran. He warns that Europe has as much at stake as the United States when it comes to Iran’s terror proxies, threats to Jewish communities, global security, and the regime’s growing alignment with Russia. ajc.org/news/if-europe…
