It’s kind of crazy the amount of good we’ve been able to do thru a YouTube channel 23,000,000 Trees planted 33,000,000 Pounds of trash from ocean 10,000,000+ Meals to people in need 500,000 People getting water from our wells we built $3,000,000 To war refugees for supplies $1,000,000+ Clothes to people in need 20,000 Shoes to kids in Africa 3,000 People helped walk again 1,000 Deaf people helped hear 1,000 Blind people helped see 100+ Houses for homeless people 100+ Cars given away 100s Of Dogs rescued 3 Islands given away 1 Orphanage/School/Hospital/Town/Gym/Village Powered/etc 1 Chocolate brand that pays farmers fairly and audits child labor. And over $50,000,000 given to people NOT including the stuff listed above. All while still in my 20s 🥰

138 days ago I began my attempt to become the first person ever to run the entire length of Africa. Here is a list of some of the problems I’ve had to overcome to get to this point (I’m not even halfway): • Day 1- Started the mission with less than 10% funding • Day 5- Support van breakdown • Day 14- Attempted robbery • Day 17- Support van couldn’t cross the border. Solo into the desert • Day 26- Food poisoning (multiple days) • Day 35- Another attempted robbery • Day 42- Started pissing blood (lasted 6 days) • Day 64- Got robbed at gunpoint (passports, cameras, phones, money got taken) • Day 74- Visas issues (had to travel 2000km backwards & pay a load of bribes to get it sorted) • Day 89- Leg injury • Day 103- Got stuck in a rural Congo village. Thought I was going to die. • Day 107- Van needed fixing (10 days) • Day 112- Restructure of the support team. Made 2 new hires. • Day 120- Arranged purchase of new support vehicle • Day 128- Foot injury • Day 136- Support van crashed. Potentially a write off. Throw in running daily ultra marathons and it has been quite the party out here so far. The message stays the same as always. WE KEEP MOVING FORWARD. TILL THE END🫡

#ProjectAfrica Day 53: 59.1km Been a few days with very little/no signal so here’s a quick recap. Day 50: 50km Final day in Namibia🇳🇦 Jarred rejoined the team🫡 Day 51: 24.5km Spent most of the day crossing the border. Poo’d myself. Hectic. Made it eventually. First experience of Angola; Everyone speaks Portuguese🇵🇹 Petrol is 25p per litre. The people seem well friendly for a country that has a machete on its flag🇦🇴 Day 52: 60km First full day here. Trademark trembling of tarmac all day long. Very hot. Kicked ball with some local lads in the evening. Boys still got the sauce. Day 53: 59.1km Fastest run of the mission so far. Felt loose out there. Scattered pockets of signal. Big tease. Cream crackered. Not sure if this will upload but I’ll give it a stab before I pass out. Hope you’re all having a great week🫡 here’s to hoping for some more signal in the coming days🤞
