“We should have done this in an open field, so that those you’re building this bridge for will be there and know what you’re doing.
This is not a birthday party, this tent is too small Mr President. They said it’s for security reasons, if they cannot secure you, we will secure you, because you’re safe here… ”
- Mr. Peter Obi to President GE Jonathan during the flag off of 2nd Niger Bridge in Onitsha, 2014.

“With LP in government, Aba will have light. We will support Aba business men…” Mr. Peter Obi during a campaign rally in Aba in 2023. We believed him, we voted, and we defended our vote. Look. Trust us, we couldn’t have gotten it any better. Aba is buzzing today, constant power, unequalled business growth and more. #InvestInAbia

We all know that housing is a key sector in our society today. Kwankwaso as governor of Kano built three satellite cities, built 1500 houses and gave them away to the most vulnerable people in the state, amongst others.

Nigeria has wasted approximately ₦981.5 billion (about $5.48 billion) holding elections to preserve democracy since 1999. That's far more than Abacha was said to have looted.
So in other to save your from Abacha’s dictatorship and looting, Nigeria has spent nearly $6 billion only to finally end up with Tinubu, who now wants a one-party system. Mind you, the country’s economy has gone over 10X worse than it was under Abacha.
Somehow this ‘democracy’ should be non-negotiable. You be mumu.

Unity Among Nigerians
A Peter Obi and Kwankwaso pairing goes straight to Nigeria’s biggest divide: region and religion.
One is from the East and Christian, the other from the North and Muslim. In a country often pulled apart by these identities, their coming together sends a powerful message of unity.
It challenges the idea that we must remain divided. And at its core, it reminds us that Nigeria works better when we see ourselves as one people, not separate blocs.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
THE OK MOVEMENT
20th April 2026
Abuja
A NEW DAWN FOR NIGERIA: THE OK MOVEMENT UNVEILS NATIONAL STRUCTURES
• A bold, people-powered political force emerges in uniting Nigerians across divides to confront hardship, restore accountable leadership, and drive a decisive national rebirth.
Nigeria stands at a defining crossroads. Today, as our people endure the weight of unprecedented economic hardship, the soaring cost of living, and the persistent shadow of insecurity, the Obi–Kwankwaso (OK) Movement formally announces the unveiling of its national and state structures. This is more than a political milestone; it is the birth of a coordinated, nationwide engine for systemic reform and national rebirth.
A Nation in Need of Healing
We recognise the exhaustion felt in every Nigerian household. From the farmer unable to harvest in safety to the entrepreneur stifled by a volatile economy, the struggle is real. Yet, in this moment of darkness, the OK Movement stands as a beacon of resolute hope.
Our mission is anchored in a singular, unwavering conviction: Nigeria will be OK. We do not offer mere rhetoric; we offer a structured, disciplined pathway towards a country that works, not for the few, but for every citizen.
Unity Over Division
The OK Movement is a home for all well-meaning Nigerians. We reject the tired politics of tribalism, regionalism, and religious sentiment that have long been used to keep our people divided while the nation falters.
Our strength lies in our diversity, and our progress depends on our unity. We are mobilising from the grassroots to the capital, fostering a shared identity built on integrity, competence, and the collective responsibility to rescue our future. We believe that national renewal is not the task of a single tribe, but the duty of a united people.
Our Sacred Mandate
Our vision is deeply rooted in the highest aspirations of our land. We are guided by the profound prayer found in the third stanza of our National Anthem:
"Oh God of all creation, grant this our one request.
Help us to build a nation where no man is oppressed, and so, with peace and plenty, Nigeria may be blessed."
This is not merely a lyric; it is our blueprint. We seek to build a Nigeria where justice is a right, not a privilege, a nation where "plenty" is shared through economic stability, and "peace" is secured through decisive leadership.
The Road Ahead
In the coming weeks, the official inauguration of our state chapters will commence across the federation. This is an open invitation to every Nigerian who believes that our current reality need not be our final destiny.
Through solidarity, purposeful leadership, and the courage to demand better, we will prevail.
The structures are set.
The vision is clear.
The movement is here.
Together, we will make Nigeria OK.
Signed:
Justin Ijeh

After service yesterday, while driving home, I saw one of my neighbours who's a core Tinubu supporter with his family waiting for a bus at the bus stop.
This my neighbour used to drive a 2006 Corrola before things became difficult and he sold it.
When he saw me, he felt relieved because I was driving alone and he thought I would help to pick him and his family.
After exchanging greetings, he said "You de go house straight?" and I said yes.
He told his wife and children to enter make I drop them off and I told him to "Relax, that bus is coming".
You can't be suffering with your family and still support Tinubu.
I can't help you if you won't help yourself.
Once you support Tinubu, you are my enemy and I will always treat you like one.
Call me whatever you like, I don't care.
