@StephenM Chuck Norris said you should quit being a pussy and participate in some mutually agreed upon combat with me. Name the time and place Stephanie.

@supergloss @DutchRojas @caresource Not sure how caresource works, but I know parents with disabled children are fighters! Your kids see the fight and it gives them strength! Keep fighting momma!
English

@AJaMBRAND @DutchRojas Unfortunately, this is impossible if you have a disabled child on @caresource.

@AJaMBRAND @DutchRojas lol I know I am correct in what i said. i worked in the industry for 35+ years and left because of how things have changed. i probably know more than the average joe when it comes to insurance
English

@patriotwomanQ @DutchRojas I have actually had success doing this. Every thing you said otherwise is correct, but it doesn’t change that, according to HIPPA, the insurance carrier is still required to provide all information that goes into the decision for denial.
English

@AJaMBRAND @DutchRojas nope wrong. i am not going to defend insurance companies....but everything is programmed into their computer systems. 85% of all claims are processed by a computer and not a human. customer service just reads the computer screen! this is why i left and now fight against them
English

@LynuxSoles @DutchRojas I have had success with this 2 different times. Once when mother in law was denied a stay in a rehab facility, and when my quadriplegic dad was denied treatment for chronic pneumonia.
English

@Haha202004 @DutchRojas No doubt! They make frustrating on purpose.
English

@kchuk07 @DutchRojas Under HIPAA and ERISA regulations, you have the right to request documentation regarding claim denials, which includes the credentials, such as the qualifications of experts or medical reviewers consulted. Insurers must provide all information used in the decision.
English

@kchuk07 @DutchRojas Sounds like they are in violation of HIPPA.
English

@DutchRojas @Pithy_Galore It’s not 100%, but the good majority of the time they would rather pay the claim than admit they have unqualified, untrained, non-medical staff making medical decisions.
English

@DutchRojas Whenever denied, call and ask to speak to the HIPPA compliance director, and then ask them to provide the name, education, certification and medical credentials of all individuals who were involved in the denial of your claim. You’ll be amazed at how quickly they reverse denial.

@Super70sSports As a Browns fan I can attest, that is exactly what will play out.
English

Wanting to trade draft picks five years out so you’re primed for your next quarter-billion dollar mistake may be the most Browns thing ever.
Adam Schefter@AdamSchefter
The Cleveland Browns submitted a rule that would allow teams to trade draft picks five years out instead of three.

@BrendanCarrFCC Frankly, Bren, you’re an unconstitutional cuck. Keep licking those boots!

Broadcasters that are running hoaxes and news distortions - also known as the fake news - have a chance now to correct course before their license renewals come up.
The law is clear. Broadcasters must operate in the public interest, and they will lose their licenses if they do not.
And frankly, changing course is in their own business interests since trust in legacy media has now fallen to an all time low of just 9% and are ratings disasters.
The American people have subsidized broadcasters to the tune of billions of dollars by providing free access to the nation’s airwaves.
It is very important to bring trust back into media, which has earned itself the label of fake news.
When a political candidate is able to win a landslide election victory after in the face of hoaxes and distortions, there is something very wrong. It means the public has lost faith and confidence in the media. And we can’t allow that to happen.
Time for change!
