A friend of mine got a Grandfather sanctified on his PANTS. He now deals x100% damage with all his crits in #DiabloIV. This is new system is just NUTS but also sooooo much RNG.
Gonna be a pain to balance this all with the upcoming Tower Leaderboards next month. You simply can NOT outplay anyone that just hits the jackpot with x2 damage on a defensive slot.
I remember a lot of feedback was: "We had TOO MUCH RNG in sanctification" already. Now it reached INSANE levels with the addition of Mythic Power outcomes.

DC may be shut down, but momentum for market structure clarity is at an all-time high. I sat down with Senate Democrats and Republicans who want to get this done - we're 90% there.
Both sides are working hard to figure out the final 10%, and we're getting close.
@Coinbase is continuing to push for clear rules that protect innovation in DeFi and your right to earn stablecoin rewards. We're bullish on getting a bill passed by year-end, and hopeful it's out of Committee by Thanksgiving.

$BNB is insanely strong, this surprised me a bit seeing the move today. All majors are bouncing a bit but BNB outperformance still confirms that BSC/BNB ecosystem is the place to play for now.
