A few observations after last night's Wings win over Montreal: - John Gibson is dialed in. He wants the playoffs maybe more than anyone on this team, after being given a second shot at starter. - JT Compher has been one of the best players on the ice the last 2 games, minus the faceoff. - The team stood up for each other last night, and that goes a long way. Too often have they been pushed around. Last night they said, "not anymore." - It's going to be a hell of a run to the finish, but at the end of the day, no matter what happens, this team has gone above and beyond expectations and is far improved. #LGRW #RedWings

Huge win for Detroit, 2-0-1 in their last 3 now. Everyone thought they'd fall from a playoff spot with the injuries. Wings now tied with the Habs wth 84 pts, they got more ROW than Montreal as well, Habs got games in hand tho.
