While advocating for a gag order on Dalton, DA Robert Nash reportedly told the judge that “Dalton’s abuse of First Amendment privileges is what got us into this mess in the first place.”
Yes, he referred to the First Amendment as a privilege, not a right, before proceeding to blame Dalton’s speech for leading to the situation.

This is objectively political persecution. Chud is being forced to endure standards that NO ONE ELSE has to. This man is a turning point for the nation. Do you accept two tiered justice? Or not? This judge needs to be DISBARRED. This is one of the most obviously corrupt cases I have ever seen. It is open and shut self defense. There shouldn't be a trial. Logging off for the night to hangout with my wife while Chud supporters all glaze each other over the misinformation passed by a goofy online attorney that apparently doesn’t understand what information is and isn’t put in an arrest warrant affidavit.
Enjoy it. The Bond hearing is tomorrow where we will most likely here new evidence from the prosecution to warrant either keeping the bond amount, raising it higher, or pushing for no bond, which I believe the DA will push hard for, especially with this incident revoking other bonds from past cases.
Remember, it’s been over a week and there are no charges against Joshua Fox. If Fox did what Dalton’s incel fan club claims, then he would have been charged. But it seems that from the information available that he was the one justified with self-defense.
Time will tell. We will know more tomorrow.

Breaking: From a source at the Bond Hearing for Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder that was out at recess not long ago.
Quick cliffs notes:
- 7 shots fired - Not sure if it was 3 or 4 that went into fox
- Search of his vehicle found plane tickets to Turkey and then Rome.
- All happened in the courtyard, looked like all within a 10 yard area for all the interactions
- Fox was at the court complex for child support case
- No audio available at the moment
- Dalton had the camera and selfie stick so still believe there was a live stream that investigators haven’t gotten yet
- Dalton approached, walked around after initial discussion, still filming walked by fox again and fox got up, verbal interaction, chud switched selfie stick hands and reached in right pocket, very clear “bladed stance” with hand in pocket before anything physical. Very clear video footage.
