#Gender #bias study: A college class had 2 teaching assistants: 1 male & 1 female. Male TA scored higher on course evaluations & the female TA got 5 times as many negative reviews. But, they were the same person. #womeninSTEM, #genderequity @UFAEC @UFatWork @UFExplore @UF_IFAS
