Just scanning the opinion in Cummings, which is a case where a deaf and blind woman sought damages for emotional distress because of discrimination she faced, and the Court, 6-3 of course, ruled that bigotry is only a problem if it costs you money.

Our beloved son, Brendan Fahy Bequette (age 25), passed away February 28th after a 20 month battle with a highly aggressive mediastinal germ cell cancer. He was the light of our lives and we will miss him for the rest of our lives. We are overwhelmed with the outpouring of love
