Dunno, I think it looks more like certain lawyers when law professors observe that current procedural rules are easy for both lawyers & judges to abuse.

Hot take: If your employer can hold not presenting at conferences against you in your annual review, then they should be paying the bill.

@AditiJuneja3 Great food spots in Inman Park too, including BeetleCat. Virginia Highlands has fun restaurants and shopping. The Carter and King Centers for history and the Atl History Center for pre- and post-Civil War history. Also recommend the High Museum and Atl Botanical Gardens.

@AditiJuneja3 Buford Highway for amazing international food. No fancy restaurants—all dives. Bacchanalia is prob the best fancy restaurant, but Canoe is a local fav and Gunshow is a fantastic Kevin Gillespie dim-sum style place. Fat Matt’s rib shack is popular but Fox Bros BBQ is better, IMO.

What’s our opinion on Appellant or Appellee versus the party’s name? I go back-and-forth on this. Often it’s helpful to remind the court which party is the appellant versus the appellee. But my preference is generally to call the parties by their names. Not a fan of Appellant X.
