Since 3 months BMC had dug all the roads in the area for drainage upgrade. Why weren’t the cables repaired? This is unacceptable. Adani and BMC have to take accountability of this matter and provide citizens basic civic amenities.

@Adani_Elec_Mum Streetlights HAC 025/004 in the lane between Kalpak Corner & Notan Heights off 38th Bandra (W) not working again. Area gets very dark at night and a safety and security hazard for citizens.

@VijayPa76559219 @mybmc @mybmcWardHW This water leakage complaint was made on 25/12/2025. Till date fresh water is leaking and wasted. Attached video has been taken on 04/01/2026. Receive only generic automated responses from BMC on X, but no action taken on ground.

@VijayPa76559219 @mybmc @mybmcWardHW Criminal waste of water. This has been observed all over Bandra. Absolutely no accountability. BMC water department must take swift action and fix these leaks. Also strict action must be initiated against the utility service providers who are responsible for causing such damage.

@mybmcWardHW @mybmc Strict action should be taken on all these illegal carts and stalls that are hiding in the lanes of V.P. Varde Marg and 38th road. Also take action on individuals who leak information to these illegal hawkers and tip them off. If not, BMC won’t be able to tackle encroachment.

@mybmcWardHW There is a clear nexus where hawkers are tipped off every time BMC does a drive on illegal hawkers. Today all illegal hawkers have moved their carts and stalls from outside Vaswani garden and station road, into V.P. Varde Marg and 38th road Bandra w. BMC take action.

@mybmcWardHW @mybmc Over a month and fresh BMC water continues to leak on the road. BMC cannot justify water cuts for citizens, when they are themselves not bothered to stop this waste of water. Once again request this matter to be urgently resolved.

@mybmcWardHW Since a few months there has been a leak on Turner Road at the junction of St. Martin’s Road outside Theory 9. Every day during the morning water supply, there is a criminal waste of fresh water. BMC should be vigilant and not to let water be wasted in such a manner.

@MTPHereToHelp @BandraPS No action taken by Bandra Police. The autorickshaw is still there and causing nuisance in the neighbourhood. The autorickshaw has become a hub for antisocial elements.

@BandraPS @MTPHereToHelp Since 3 days an autorickshaw MH02DK5963 has been parked outside Kalpak Corner building on the junction of V.P. Varde Marg & 38th road Bandra w. Groups of men and boys sit in it, consume alcohol and narcotics and do gambling. Remove the auto immediately.

There seems to be an unholy nexus between these encrochers and the authorities. Only reason why no action taken as there are vested interests. Our roads, footpaths and public spaces illegally taken over, making the lives of tax paying citizens in the area a living hell.

@mybmcWardHW On the night of 26/08/2025 this yellow stall/booth has been placed on V.P. Varde Marg Bandra w. Once again seems like a plan of encroachment by antisocial elements. The notice on it clearly shows it has no valid permission. It should be permanently removed from here.

There has been a gross misuse and violation of license conditions with PCOs (which in todays day and age are defunct) and handicap booths, for which BMC is intentionally turning a blind eye.

For years residents have been complaining to BMC HW Ward about the illegal encroachments outside Sadhu Vaswani Garden (off HP Junction), Kalpak Corner Building (next to Sadhu Vaswani Garden), V.P. Varde Marg, 38th Road & 30th Road (Gaiety Galaxy Theater Lane) and all the by lanes
